These terms cover the purchase of a Baccarat Bonanza licence. Please read them before buying — Stripe records your acceptance at checkout.

All sales are final. This is a digital product delivered instantly. By completing your purchase you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation once the licence key has been sent.

1. What you are buying

A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one person to use Baccarat Bonanza, a browser-based baccarat scorecard, road-charting and simulation application. The price is a one-time $99.95 USD. There is no subscription and no renewal. Future updates are included.

2. What it is not

It is not a gambling service. It accepts no wagers, holds no funds, awards no prizes and connects to no casino or betting operator.
It is not betting advice, and it does not predict the outcome of any hand. Baccarat hands are independent events; no pattern, road or statistic shown by this software changes the odds of the next hand. The house edge is permanent and cannot be overcome by any betting pattern.
No income, profit or winnings are promised, implied or possible.

3. Delivery

Your licence key is emailed to the address given at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact support with your order reference — we will resend it. A key that never arrived is a delivery problem, not a refund matter, and we will always fix it.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are given. The product is delivered instantly and in full; a licence key cannot be recalled once sent.

The product page describes the software in detail and shows what it looks like in use. Please make sure it is what you want before purchasing.

This does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. If the software is faulty, or is materially not as described on the product page, contact support and we will put it right or refund you.

5. Your licence key

The key is for your own use. Do not publish, resell or share it.
A key found to be shared or published will be revoked without refund.
Lost your key? Contact support with your order reference and we will resend it at no charge, for as long as the product exists.

6. Availability

The software runs in your browser. Once loaded it works offline; only licence checks need a connection, and a temporary outage never revokes access you already have. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.

7. Age and jurisdiction

You must be 18 or older, and responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live. Where casino-related software is restricted, do not purchase.

8. Liability

The software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for any gambling losses. Gambling losses are not caused by this software and are never recoverable from us.
